Refund and Cancellation Policy

Setup fee

There is no setup fee. You only pay the monthly fee, and you can cancel as described in our Terms of Service.

Ava Starter and Ava AI Receptionist

Ava Starter ($197 a month) and the Ava AI Receptionist ($397 a month) are month to month, with no minimum term. Cancel anytime by writing to apexmediama@gmail.com before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Each monthly fee covers the month ahead and is not refunded for partial months.

Ava Starter has a 30-day guarantee: if within 30 days of your first payment you write to us that Ava isn't a fit, we refund your first monthly fee in full ($197). It applies only to the first month and once per business. Later monthly fees are not refunded for partial months.

Growth Plan monthly fee

The $997 monthly fee covers the month ahead and is not refunded for partial months. During the first 3 months the full term applies; after that you can cancel with 30 days' notice and you won't be charged again.

Work guarantee (Growth Plan)

If in any month we don't deliver the 12 posts or the 4 new ads, your next monthly fee is reduced by 50%. This credit is applied automatically on your next invoice.

Ad spend

Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and other platforms, so we can't refund it. You can lower or pause it at any time.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Write to apexmediama@gmail.com from the email on your account. We confirm every request within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
